Oiling Pulleys on Rope Operated Ladders

The pulley wheels on rope operated extension ladders are usually made of nylon and can be damaged by contact with mineral oil. In a detailed visual inspection you check to make sure that these wheels are free to rotate but if they need re lubrication you should always seek the manufacturer's guidance first.
