Ladders classified as BS2037 Class 3 or BS1129 Class 3 are not suitable for any light trades, trade or industrial applications. They are quite properly referred to as 'Domestic Ladders' for light duty. Colour identification is often used on the rubber feet of ladders and steps, if you come across steps or ladders with 'RED' feet in the workplace this can signify that they are Class 3 ladders and you MUST quarantine them to ensure they are not used.
